Our main business consists of machining, the construction of pieces to plan and the reconstruction of industrial pieces and machinery for maintenance work.
We began operating in the town of Villava (Navarre ), After relocating a number of times to improve our premises, we moved to our current location on the Areta Industrial Estate in Huarte (Navarre) in 2004 for the purpose of creating easier access to our premises and to expand those premises to include the 2,000 m2 of workshops and 200 m2 of offices that we have today.
This change also enabled us to buy machinery with a larger capacity. That has been achieved over time through constant and significant investments. We can now turn pieces of up to two metres in diameter and up to six metres in length, while we can mill pieces of up to five metres. All these efforts have been focused on improving our response to the demands of our customers because quality – both in terms of product and service – has always been a priority goal for Mecanizados Jucar.
For that reason, and as another way to improve our services, we currently have a DEA PIONEER 12.8.6 THREE-DIMENSIONAL machine on our premises, representing a huge step forward in our quality assurance process.
The quality assurance policy in place at our company has enabled us to obtain recognition and certification from the OCA Certification Institute under its quality assurance system based on UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 Standards.
